A group of firefighters in full turnout gear, equipped with SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) tanks, are gathered in a briefing huddle. A man in a white uniform shirt, likely a fire officer or incident commander, is addressing and gesturing toward the group. The setting appears to be an outdoor industrial or waterfront area, suggesting a training exercise or pre-incident briefing.
