An aerial view shows a maritime emergency response operation with multiple firefighters in full turnout gear and SCBA equipment boarding or operating on a red-decked barge or vessel alongside a dock or larger ship. Personnel wearing orange and red life vests are also present, suggesting a coordinated multi-agency response or training exercise on the water. The scene appears to be a water-based firefighting drill or incident response involving both fire department and maritime personnel.
