ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 28, 2019) The Royal Netherlands Navy De Seven Provinciën-class frigate HNLMS De Ruyter (F804), the Royal Navy Daring-class air-defense destroyer HMS Dragon (D35), guided-missile cruisers USS San Jacinto (CG 56) and USS Vella Gulf (CG 72), and guided-missile destroyers USS Stout (DDG 55), USS Truxtun (DDG 103) and USS James E. Williams (DDG 95), transit the Atlantic Ocean during a photo exercise with the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) to conclude Tailored Ship's Training Availability (TSTA) and Final Evaluation Problem (FEP) as part of the basic phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan.
