    Sgt. Ivan Rivera and Staff Sgt. David Miller, both ammunition specialists from 1st Cavalry Division Sustainment Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas, strap down ammunition canisters for air transport Sept. 11 during the Army Ammunition Transfer Holding Point Team of the Year competition at Fort Pickett, Va. Teams prepared munitions for transport by configuring, inspecting, and ensuring the safety and compatibility of loads. ATHP started Sept. 9 and ran through Sept. 13. Teams of five Soldiers, from 75th Ranger Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, and 1st Cavalry Division, were assessed on ATHP operations and associated tasks that facilitate the receipt and transfer of ammunition.
