Mike Bernacchi, commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), speaks at his NSTC Change of Command ceremony in the Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy’s only boot camp, on Naval Station Great Lakes, April 25. Bernacchi was relieved by Rear Adm. Milton J. Sands III as the NSTC commander. Bernacchi will report as commander, Submarine Group Ten in Kings Bay, Georgia. (Official U. S.
