170425-N-IK959-1665 GREAT LAKES, Ill., (August 25, 2019) -- Rear Adm. Mike Bernacchi is “piped ashore” following a Change of Command ceremony in the Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy’s only boot camp, on Naval Station Great Lakes, April 25. Bernacchi was relieved as the commander of Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) by Rear Adm. Milton J. Sands III. Bernacchi will report as commander, Submarine Group Ten in Kings Bay, Georgia.
