190425-N-IK959-1164 GREAT LAKES, Ill., (April 25, 2019) -- Rear Adm. Mike Bernacchi (left) is congratulated by Rear Adm. Kyle J. Cozad, commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), after being awarded the Legion of Merit medal by Cozad, during a Change of Command ceremony in the Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy’s only boot camp, on Naval Station Great Lakes, April 25. Bernacchi was relieved as the commander of Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) by Rear Adm. Milton J. Sands III. Bernacchi will report as commander, Submarine Group Ten in Kings Bay, Georgia.
