190425-N-IY633-1182 GREAT LAKES, Ill., (April 25, 2019) -- Rear Adm. Mike Bernacchi (right) is congratulated by Vice Adm. Robert P. Burke, Chief of Naval Personnel, during a Change of Command ceremony in the Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy’s only boot camp, on Naval Station Great Lakes, April 25. Burke was the keynote speaker at the ceremony. Bernacchi was relieved as the commander of Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) by Rear Adm. Milton J. Sands III.
