Carolyn Knox, Operations Officer, Marine Corps Forces Central -Kuwait (MARCENT), for her participation during a tour of the Marine Expeditionary Unit Augmentation Program(MAP-K) indoor storage facility. Haaland visited the MAP-K as a member of the House Armed Services Committee to understand the condition of equipment and readiness of service members.
