John Garamendi, a Democrat from California’s 3rd District, both members of the House Armed Services Committee, visits an indoor storage facility that is part of the Marine Expeditionary Unit Augmentation Program - Kuwait (MAP-K), March 20, 2019, in the Shuaiba industrial district, Kuwait. Haaland and Garamendi took a tour of the facility and talked with Marines and civilians about modernization of defense equipment and the 2020 defense budget.
