A member of the Guatemalan special forces show traditional vegetation that can be found abundantly in the jungles of Puerto Barrios to U.S. Marines attached to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force as part of a subject matter expert exchange Nov. 28. Jungle survival tactics were given to show U.S. Marines how Guatemalan special forces survive in the jungle with the absence of traditional packaged food. SPMAGTF is participating in Amphibious-Southern Partnership Station 2012, an annual deployment of SMEE teams sent to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility.
