HN Alberto Reyes is a general duty corpsman assigned to the Cardiology Department. He supports 10 providers in rendering exceptional patient care to 18,000 beneficiaries annually.
“I enjoy taking care of our patients and seeing them leave happy with our services,” Reyes said.
Reyes is a hard-charging Sailor who willingly takes on more than his fair share of work. He is a highly dependable and knowledgeable member of the Cardiology Clinic. He is entrusted with additional responsibilities daily and is the first person a patient encounters. Within his role as a general duty corpsman, Reyes has gone above and beyond expectations to ensure the clinic’s success during manning shortages. He is an indispensable asset to his department, directorate and the command. Reyes constantly seeks out and excels in roles of increased responsibility, takes pride in his work and is dedicated to helping his Sailors in reaching their own personal and professional goals.
During his off duty hours, Reyes enjoys contributing to the community by volunteering and traveling with friends.
