SN Imani Daniels is assigned to the Public Affairs Office. She conveys NMCP news, stories and events, maintaining a relationship between NMCP and the public. Daniels’ assists in developing print publications and newsletters and covers command events. She creates graphic designs in support of the public affairs mission.
“What I like most about working in the Public Affairs Office is the atmosphere and camaraderie,” Daniels said. “I enjoy being able to reintroduce myself to the field of study that I love: photography, graphic design and mass communications. I also have a great team to guide me along the way.”
Daniels has been an instrumental part of the Public Affairs team. She is committed to learning more about the mass communication field. She has contributed to all aspects of production within the office without the benefit of having completed Mass Communication Specialist “A” school.
During a time of staffing shortages, Daniels’ expertise in graphic design has allowed continuity of the publication of the Health Connect newsletter, various infographics and the “First and Finest” Photo of the Day. Her work has enabled Public Affairs to spread awareness to NMCP staff and beneficiaries of health information and events.
