    Photo of a award winners from before 2004 can be found in abandoned office buildings at a base in Southwest Asia on Aug. 29, 2011. The offices have been abandon since the U.S. Air Force closed the base in 2004. A team of airmen are opening the base to support Operation New Dawn.
