    Members of the 467th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron receive a briefing after their arrival at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Aug 23, 2011. The airmen are part of the initial group of personnel tasked with reopening a base that has been closed since 2004. Once open the base will conduct missions supporting Operation New Dawn.
