    Staff Sgt. Shaun Collette, 332nd Force Support Squadron, cleans a storage shed outside the dining facility at a base in Southwest Asia on Aug. 26, 2011. Collette is part of an initial wave of airmen that are opening the base after it closed in 2004. While the base facilities exist, they require extensive cleaning and repair in order to make them operational.
