SANTA RITA, Guam ( March 9, 2018) Red Man, Gunner's Mate Seaman Blake day, is taken down by Ship's Serviceman Seaman Roland Daigle, both assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), as Daigle fights through stations during non-lethal weapons training, while under the effects of Oleoresin Capsicum, pepper spray, on Naval Base Guam, March 9. Frank Cable, forward-deployed to Guam, repairs, rearms and reprovisions deployed U.S. Naval Forces in the Indo-Pacific region.
