SANTA RITA, Guam ( March 9, 2018) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Andrew Ayers sprays Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Sergio Madrid, both assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), as Madrid prepares to fight through stations during non-lethal weapons training, while under the effects of Oleoresin Capsicum, pepper spray, on Naval Base Guam, March 9. Frank Cable, forward-deployed to Guam, repairs, rearms and reprovisions deployed U.S. Naval Forces in the Indo-Pacific region.
