SANTA RITA, Guam ( March 9, 2018) Red Man, Gunner's Mate Seaman Blake day, receives a baton strike from Ship's Serviceman Seaman Roland Daigle, both assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), as Daigle fights through stations during non-lethal weapons training, while under the effects of Oleoresin Capsicum, pepper spray, on Naval Base Guam, March 9. Frank Cable, forward-deployed to Guam, repairs, rearms and reprovisions deployed U.S. Naval Forces in the Indo-Pacific region.
