SANTA RITA, Guam ( March 9, 2018) Damage Controlman 2nd Class Kendreca Perkins, from Montezuma, Ga., assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), fights through stations during non-lethal weapons training, while under the effects of Oleoresin Capsicum, pepper spray, on Naval Base Guam, March 9. Frank Cable, forward-deployed to Guam, repairs, rearms and reprovisions deployed U.S. Naval Forces in the Indo-Pacific region.
