Brian Garr, Task Force 110 Liaison for Andrew County from B Battery, 1/129th Field Artillery, Missouri Army National Guard discusses the current situation with Roger Latham, director of Emergency Management for Andrew County in Latham’s office located at the Andrew County Emergency Management Agency in Savannah. Garr and Latham discussed preparations for potential flooding, river levels, participated in a State Emergency Management teleconference and discussed potential site visits, including a report of sand boils near a levee south of Amazonia.
