Staff Sgt. Brian Garr, B Battery, 1/129th Field Artillery and Sgt. Jeremy Hughes, HHB, 1/129th Field Artillery participated in the Missouri River flood response as liaison officers for Andrew County with Task Force 110, Missouri Army National Guard. Garr and Hughes visited multiple areas of concern and coordinated information with Roger Latham, Emergency Management Director for Andrew County.
