171015-N-FG395-135 PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 15, 2017) - Damage Control Fireman Matt Harper of Chicago refills a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) with oxygen after a simulated fire aboard the Navy's only forward deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during Unit Level Training Assessment-Sustainment (ULTRA-S). ULTRA-S is a test of Ronald Reagan’s watchstanding, warfighting and damage control training programs by Afloat Training Group Western Pacific through a series of drills and simulations. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
