JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Aug. 17, 2017) – Nela Carrillo, a native of Cavite, Philippines, checks in a patient at Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s Pediatrics Clinic. Carrillo has worked at the hospital for two years and loves working with children. “The best part of my job is working with the parents, and especially the children.
