JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Aug. 18, 2017) – A team of clinicians at Naval Hospital Jacksonville reviews plans to improve the health of patient populations at the hospital and its five branch health clinics. NH Jacksonville, along with over 90 percent of America’s health plans, uses the “HEDIS” scorecard from the National Committee for Quality Assurance to measure performance on important dimensions of care and service.
