GREAT LAKES, Ill., (August 9, 2017) -- Rear Adm. Stephen C. Evans, former commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), speaks at the NSTC Change of Command ceremony in the Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall at Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy’s only boot camp, on Naval Station Great Lakes, August 9. Evans was relieved by Rear Adm. Mike Bernacchi as the NSTC commander. Vice Adm. Robert P. Burke, Chief of Naval Personnel, (sitting behind Evans) was the keynote speaker.
