Capt. Darin Sweet meets Carolina Hurricanes rookie Jeff Skinner in the locker room before the NHL All-Star game January 30. A meet-and-greet was one of many activities that Sweet participated in during the All-Star game day. The NHL recognized Sweet for his heroism while serving in Afghanistan. Sweet is a member of the U.S. Army ivil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) based at Fort Bragg, N.C., and is the headquarters of all Army Reserve Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations units.
