UNDISCLOSED LOCATION, SYRIA (June 1, 2017)— A U.S. Marine, deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve, eats from a food ration packet between fire missions in Syria, June 1, 2017. The battery has been conducting 24-hour all-weather fire support for the Coalition’s local partners, the Syrian Democratic Forces, as part of CJTF-OIR.
