A group of U.S. Navy ordnance handling personnel in red jerseys and helmets are loading or securing a missile onto an aircraft, likely aboard an aircraft carrier flight deck. The crew members are wearing standard naval aviation ordnancemen gear including red cranials (helmets) marked with codes such as '1C', '1W', and '1W'. The scene depicts a coordinated weapons loading evolution with multiple sailors working in close proximity under the aircraft's wing or fuselage.

PACIFIC OCEAN (March 17, 2017) - Sailors from the Black Knights of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 154, remove ordnance from an F/A-18F Super Hornet during flight operations on board the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). Nimitz is currently underway conducting Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Nimitz Carrier Strike in preparation for an upcoming deployment. COMPTUEX tests a carrier strike group's mission-readiness and ability to perform as an integrated unit through simulated real-world scenarios.
