A military helicopter, consistent with an MH-60 Seahawk, hovers above the flight deck of a naval vessel at sea. A deck crew member in a blue vest is handling a tether or hoist line connected to the helicopter, suggesting a vertical replenishment or hoist operation. The scene takes place under overcast skies with open ocean visible in the background.
