Air Force Staff Sgt. Monica Birton, 60th Security Forces Squadron defender, yells for assistance while caring for a simulated aircraft accident victim at Travis Air Force Base, Calif. During a major accident response exercise, March 9, 2017, Birton was one of the first Airmen to arrive on the scene where simulated victims with gruesome injuries begged for help.
