    BAGHDAD -- Chief Warrant Officer 3 Otha Wayne Hester (far left), band master and commander of the 4th Infantry Division Band (far left) jokes with Dr. Zalmay Khalilzad, U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, following a band concert held at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad July 4. Hester, who hails from Hillsborough, N.C., is a 20-year Army and band veteran. The 4th Inf. Div. Band was invited to play for the ceremony which included high-profile guests His Excellency Jalal Talabini, president of the Republic of Iraq, and General George William Casey, Jr., commander, Multi-National Forces-Iraq.
