BAGHDAD ? Sgt. Luis Feliciano from San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, plays bass guitar and sings with the 4th Infantry Division Band?s Latino troupe, Fierro Caliente, July 4 at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad. The 4th Inf. Div. band was invited to play for the holiday, which included a ceremony featuring high-profile guests His Excellency Jalal Talabini, president of the Republic of Iraq, U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Dr. Zalmay Khalilzad and General George William Casey, Jr., commander, Multi-National Forces-Iraq. Feliciano, a 13-year military veteran, switched to the band only last year after spending a dozen years as a tanker. He also plays rhythm guitar for the country band, Stony Creek, and plays bass and sings with the Kathleen Turner Overdrive Classic Rock quartet.
