Capt. Andrew Powell, assigned to Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division, receives a gift from Brig. Gen. Fakhri Khilifat, the commanding general of 3rd Armored Division, Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army, at an award ceremony Jan. 9, 2017 in Jordan. The ceremony concluded a 15-day training exercise in Jordan that focused on NCO development and interoperability of U.S. and Jordanian armored forces. The NCOs worked together to plan and execute armored operations, sharing the combined experiences of the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army and U.S. Army.
