Brig. Gen. Fakhri Khilifat, commanding general of 3rd Armor Division, Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army, talks with members of Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division about NCO development Jan. 6, 2017, in Jordan. The meeting followed the conclusion of a 15-day training exercise which focused on developing the planning skills of NCOs in order to become more proficient in armored operations. The NCOs of the 60th Brigade and A Company worked together to plan operations using combined arms principles which developed a deeper understanding and interoperability for both JAF and U.S. militaries.
