Ingoldsby took part in a 15-day training exercise in Jordan which developed the ability non-commissioned officers in the JAF and U.S. Army to plan and execute armored operations at a tactical level. Brig. Gen. Fakhri Khilifat, the 3AD commanding general, said his NCOs had great practical experience on the ground in Afghanistan, while Capt.
