Senior Airman Kelly O’Connor, Operating Location H, Air Force Public Affairs Agency broadcast journalist, releases her harness while performing emergency parachute training during Vigilant Ace 17-1 at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 30, 2016. In order to be prepared to document the mission for leadership, public affairs must go through training to be an asset to assigned teams they are documenting. Aircrews participating in the exercise will train alongside aircrews flying different types of aircraft, and this interoperability enables our aircrew members to be ready for many potential situations.
