A group of maintenance workers at the Haitian Police Academy work together to place posts into the ground along a damaged part of a wall. The posts will later be used to string concertina wire across to better secure the academy grounds. The group was instructed by Capt. Derek Bowen, engineer, JTF-Haiti, and Maj. Scott McMahon, engineer, JTF-Haiti, on the proper techniques to laying down concertina wire. The project was requested by United States Agency for International Development so that the academy could begin classes again.
