A naval officer wearing a 'CO' (Commanding Officer) cap is standing on the deck of a ship, giving a thumbs-up signal to a military helicopter hovering nearby over open ocean. The helicopter appears to be a Sikorsky MH-60 Seahawk, commonly used by the U.S. Navy, bearing a visible side number. The scene depicts a routine naval aviation operation, likely a helicopter approach or coordination exercise.
