U.S. Navy sailors in dress white uniforms are standing at attention and saluting from the deck of a naval vessel passing the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The white memorial structure is clearly visible in the harbor waters to the left. This appears to be a formal 'manning the rails' ceremony, a naval tradition of rendering honors when passing a significant site.
