A U.S. Navy helicopter, marked with the number '64' and 'NAVY' on the fuselage, is conducting a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) operation over what appears to be a ship's flight deck. The helicopter is airlifting a cargo net loaded with supplies suspended by orange straps, while additional netted cargo bundles with orange and white buoy markers are visible on the deck below. Crew members are visible in the open side door of the helicopter monitoring the operation.
