A group of U.S. Navy sailors in dress white uniforms are standing in formation on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier. The hull number '76' is partially visible on the island superstructure, identifying this as USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76). The scene appears to be a formal ceremony or manning-the-rails evolution.
