Best Warrior Spc. Ian Hagen, a 416th Theater Engineer Command Soldier from Greendale, Wis., tests his skill at weapons familiarization and operation as part of the 2015 Combined TECs' Best Warrior Competition. Hagen must disassemble, reassemble and perform a functions check on an M249 Squad Automatic Weapon and an M240B automatic rifle. The 36 U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 412th and 416th TECs met at Fort McCoy, Wis., April 25 to 29 to represent their commands in the competition.
