Best Warrior Spc. Kyle Mallory-Johnson, a 412th Theater Engineer Command Soldier from New Cumberland, Pa., fires on multiple targets during the marksmanship portion of the 2015 Combined TECs' Best Warrior Competition. Soldiers had to qualify with an M4 carbine and an M9 pistol. The 36 U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 412th and 416th TECs met at Fort McCoy, Wis., April 25 to 29 to represent their commands in the competition.
