Prodigy GT, a local Hip Hop/Rock band in the Charlotte Metro area, performs during Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Day at the Charlotte National Guard Armory, July 26. The band members volunteered to play at the event as a favor to Nikkie Newsome, a family program specialist, one of the organizers of the event, and a Veteran diagnosed with PTSD. The event was structured to bring attention to the disorder in a positive manner.
