Pvt. Edward S. Oviedo, a Moline, Ill., native serving as a cavalry scout for Troop B, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, shows a Young Eagle how to hold and look through a Long Advanced Range Scout Surveillance System July 10, in Paldiski, Estonia. Troop B invited the Young Eagles, an Estonian paramilitary youth organization similar to the Boy Scouts of America and Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, to speak with American Soldiers and learn about their mission through interactive vehicle, weapons and equipment displays. Approximately 600 paratroopers from the 173rd Airborne are in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve. (Photo by Sgt. John L.
