Cpl. Brian J. Rushford, a Portsmouth, Ohio native serving as the combat medic for 3rd Platoon, Troop B, 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, helps a member of the Young Eagles drag his friend on a Skedco field litter July 10 in Paldiski, Estonia. Troop B invited the Young Eagles, an Estonian paramilitary organization similar to the Boy Scouts of America and Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, to speak with American Soldiers and learn about their mission through interactive vehicle, weapons and equipment displays. Designed by Army Rangers, the Skedco field litters provide a durable, lightweight solution to help personnel transport casualties or equipment through rough terrain. (Photo by Sgt. John L.
