Two military personnel are engaged in conversation outdoors in front of a building. One soldier is from the U.S. Army, identifiable by ACU uniform, maroon beret, and name tape 'PLOWRIGHT', while the other wears an Estonian military uniform with a visible Estonian flag patch and 'ESTONIA' label. This appears to be a multinational military exercise or joint training event.
