A senior military officer in U.S. Air Force ABU (Airman Battle Uniform) stands and addresses a group of U.S. Army soldiers seated at a long table during what appears to be a dining facility meal. The soldiers are in Army Combat Uniforms (ACU) and have food trays, beverages, and meal items in front of them. The setting appears to be a military dining facility or DFAC.
