NOUMEA, New Caledonia (April 27, 2025) Musicians with the U.S. 7th Fleet Band play in Noumea, New Caledonia, April 27, 2025. The 7th Fleet Band, established in 1948, provides musical support for ships, military bases, foreign dignitaries, and many community relations events throughout the Indo-Pacific. 7th Fleet is the U.S. Navy's largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, and routinely interacts and operates with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
